Tax Associate Manager

Job Description

As a Tax Associate Manager at Accenture, your role will involve determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will be responsible for managing intercompany loans and advances between trading or non-trading partners, ensuring the relevant transactions are handled effectively as part of Intercompany Loan Management.Key Responsibilities:- Have an end-to-end understanding of Regulatory Reporting activities, Group-wide financial and tax reporting- Demonstrate extensive experience in both Statutory and Tax audits- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Treasury function- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Showcase proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP/Oracle)- Drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with treasury, risk management, and audit teams to ensure regulatory and accounting compliance- Maintain process controls, validate and update process documentation, and perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faced- Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and controls- Review and maintain process dashboards and visual management displays regularlyQualifications:- Chartered Accountant/Cost And Works Accountant/Master of Business Administration- 10 to 14 years of relevant experience- Experience working in a BPO environment or outsourcing setting is preferredPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.About Accenture:Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
