As a Treasury and Risk Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Finance Operations vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement Regulatory Controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. This includes designing business, technology, and process controls, as well as testing and evaluating their effectiveness. Your expertise in cash and liquidity management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance will be essential in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of treasury transactions, including cash management, foreign exchange, and investments.- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP or Oracle.- Knowledge of books closure and maintaining control GL accounts.- Support for SOX compliance and other internal control frameworks.- Generating reports and dashboards on risk exposures, control effectiveness, and audit findings.- Understanding of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk mitigation techniques.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage stakeholders.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom).- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in treasury management, risk analysis, and regulatory controls.- Experience with SAP or Oracle systems.- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Treasury Management Software, and reporting tools.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.- Experience in accounting reconciliation, journal entries, and process improvements.- Experience working in a BPO or shared service environment is preferred.In this role at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems, with interactions primarily within the organization.
