As a Business Application Consultant at PwC, you specialize in providing consulting services for a variety of business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This enables clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In the Workday human capital management (HCM) department, you will focus on consulting services for Workday HCM applications. Your role involves analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for the smooth integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. By working in this area, you will assist clients in optimizing their human resources processes, enhancing talent management, and achieving their strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client needs and requirements- Implement software solutions for business applications- Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of applications- Optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management for clientsQualifications Required:- Active Workday HCM certification is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of Workday implementation experience with the ability to work on multiple projects- At least 1 year of Workday Implementation experience- Expertise in Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, or Benefits in Workday- Ability to resolve functional issues with in-depth expertise in Workday solutions- Capability to analyze business requirements and effectively translate them into application configuration- Knowledge of Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields- Understanding of Workday Security and various data sources- Proficiency in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)- Excellent communication skillsAt PwC, we value individuals who are driven by curiosity, reliable team members who adapt well to diverse challenges presented by clients and team members.
