  • Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers across designated geographies.
  • Expanding business by identifying market opportunities and launching new products.
  • Ensuring distribution coverage across critical towns, filling gaps in the network by onboarding distributors and dealers.
  • Managing and mentoring a team to implement action plans, enhancing zone-wise performance.
  • Optimizing inventory and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain managers.
Requirements:
  • MBA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in the local language with a willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and managing distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvements.
