Job Description

Location: IN - AurangabadSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: YesReporting to Maintenance Manager-BTA, ensuring reliability of BTA equipments through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:

Leader for Reliability Activities of BTA from Electrical function
Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTA
Shift management of entire Electrical team
Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:

Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Mixing, Calendering & Extruders etc.
Site improvement activities
Responsible to control of consumable consumption.
To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
