Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:Key Responsibilities
    1. Engagement governance & program management of all projects being delivered within the portfolio of banking client(s).
    2. Proactively manage risks, respond to client escalations, and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues to provide effective delivery governance.
    3. Build roadmaps and program plans with track/project delivery leads.
    4. Regular reviews of projects and key deliverables to ensure quality and predictability.
    5. Manage projects with varied engagement, pricing and execution models across ADM, support, Data Analytics and transformation initiatives.
    6. Enhanced customer experience on all existing engagements Work closely with Account Manager(s) to manage client relationships across business, technology, and operations
    7. Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management
    8. Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities Deliver projects in different engagement & pricing in a global delivery model
    9. Create opportunities for organic growth within the assigned portfolios
    10. Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client Participate in estimation and scoping sessions
    11. Drive pre-sales effort and solutions demos with perspective clients
    12. Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio
    13. People management for other onsite leads and senior team members based at the client locations
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    1. 15 plus years of experience in providing program management and Engagement Management Prior experience in leading digital transformation initiatives is a plus
    2. Experience in delivering large and complex multi-years global programs
    3. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile) and flexible approach to their application
    4. Proven track record of working with offshore teams to deliver multiple projects running in parallel
    5. Strong understanding of cross-dependencies in large technical programs
    6. Expertise in managing stakeholders and in an onsite-offshore model
    7. Experience in best practices and platforms prevalent in the areas of Digital, Data/Analytics, Cloud, etc. Excellent written and oral communication Ability to develop & maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization
    8. Ability to perform the role of a trusted advisor for client initiatives
    9. Must have Application Development background, preferably in retail banking
    10. Certification: CSM/PMP
