Analytics Automation Sr Associate

Job Description

As an experienced professional in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements, project management, or management consulting, you will be responsible for establishing and leading proper frameworks and operating models for building Centralized production support. You will share best practices, leverage common tools, and processes where feasible, partnering with cross Line of Business teams. Your role will involve supporting business teams by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of a future-ready data model. Additionally, you will work with multiple stakeholders on automating processes and building reports for job monitoring and issue logging.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead a production support team handling multiple stakeholders- Lead/participate in information delivery using a multi-channel strategy- Establish proper frameworks and operating models for special reporting projects requiring strategic data management and leadership- Continuously look for opportunities to enhance BAU reporting deliverables using digital tools, process re-engineering skills, innovation, automation, etc.- Manage stakeholders across regions/teams, sharing best practices and leveraging common tools and processes- Act as a point of contact supporting business teams by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring delivery of a future-ready data model- Understand firm-level controls and audit risk, guiding the team accordingly- Capture data needs of various stakeholders and implement ways of making data easily accessible from data store to end consumers- Provide analytical support using Data Visualization tools, SQL, Python to help measure KPIs or perform ad-hoc data exploration- Work closely with data lead to establish technical requirements, create design proposals, and gain buy-in- Collaborate with various support services teams to make the most of IT capability available within the firm and deliver innovation for automation**Qualifications Required:**- 8 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements, project management, or management consulting- Bachelors degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus- Proven ability to perform business analysis and lead end-to-end projects- In-depth knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.- Experience in managing data/analytics deliverables or consulting experience in the data/analytics space- Experience with relational databases (experience in Big Data is a plus) utilizing SQL/Alteryx for data extraction and analysis- Demonstrate ability to think beyond raw data and understand the underlying business context to identify business opportunities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective in narrating analytical output to stakeholders, drawing agreement on business actions, or formulating impact strategies As an experienced professional in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements, project management, or management consulting, you will be responsible for establishing and leading proper frameworks and operating models for building Centralized production support.
