    Role Overview:As a Global Project Lead - CongressHub and Analytics at Novo Nordisk in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences in a global setting. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and optimization of the CongressHub website to ensure a best-in-class customer experience that aligns with business needs and targets. In addition, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive omnichannel and data insights ambitions, optimize healthcare professional experiences, and support various global omnichannel digital projects. Your role will also involve acting as a sparring partner for data and insight-related projects, building strong relationships with global teams, exploring new technologies, and shaping the future of Novo Nordisks omnichannel congress engagement strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development and optimization of the CongressHub website to enhance customer experience and support business needs- Lead the backlog of development items for CongressHub in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization- Establish cross-functional collaboration to drive omnichannel and data insights ambitions for congresses- Optimize healthcare professional experiences across CongressHub and the wider HCP ecosystem- Lead and support global omnichannel digital projects, ensuring timely deliverables and alignment- Act as a sparring partner for data and insight-related projects, contributing to customer experience enhancement- Build relationships with global teams to support strategic priorities and collaboration- Drive innovation and explore new technologies to personalize customer experiences- Shape the future of Novo Nordisks omnichannel congress engagement strategyQualifications:- Masters or bachelors degree in a relevant area- Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in multichannel/digital marketing and customer experience optimization- Advanced competencies in driving performance, stakeholder relationships, cross-functional processes, insights leveraging, strategy development, and digital/omnichannel customer engagement- Advanced project management skills including initiation, planning, execution, risk management, and budget managementAbout the Company:Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company dedicated to defeating serious chronic diseases and helping millions of people live healthier lives.
