Job Description

As a Web Application Developer, your role involves understanding the business requirements and designing, developing web applications using C#, Angular 2 version, and TypeScript. You will lead the team to achieve company goals by being the interface between the team and management. Your responsibilities include:- Leading the team to achieve company goals- Handling risks and providing mitigation strategies- Designing, developing, and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards- Preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems- Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget- Providing third-level support to business users- Ensuring compliance with process and quality management standards- Having a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)- Reporting status with alarms, explanations, and solutions- Promptly escalating issues to the reporting manager- Tracking and resolving issuesTo be an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess the following core skills:- 8 years of experience in Angular 8 or above, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS- Currently working as a Lead or above- Adequate knowledge of API Development Technologies to guide the team in developing and testing API code- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor technical teams- Good knowledge of current Technology trends to enhance security, performance, and stability of the product- Proficiency in preparing Low Level Design and ensuring developers have a full understanding before starting work- Knowledge of DevOps process for CI/CD will be an added advantage- Solid understanding of SDLC processes using Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile methodologies.
