Job Description

    As an HR Business Partner, your key role is to provide strategic support to Business Units by meeting their HR requirements effectively. You will work closely with business leaders and managers to introduce HR initiatives tailored to the business needs and recommend HR solutions that align with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:- Maximizing people capability within the organization- Providing change leadership to support organizational growth- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle- Supporting day-to-day HR operations- Proactively engaging in process improvementsIn addition, you will collaborate with other HR Functional Leaders, OD, HRSD, and CoE professionals to identify and drive changes that enhance people practices, systems, and processes.
