Job Description

Role Overview:You will be joining the CCB Insights Data Visualization team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where you will be responsible for end-to-end development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau. Your main focus will be on supporting and managing Business-LOB focused BI reporting and dashboards, driving innovation with LOB stakeholders, querying data from diverse sources, analyzing data using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and SAS, and identifying unexplored data opportunities for the business.Key Responsibilities:- Support and manage Business-LOB focused BI reporting and dashboards on the portal- Drive the setup and production of dashboards measuring KPIs for the Business-LOB- Drive innovation with LOB stakeholders to create and improve dashboards leveraging newly onboarded data sources- Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets enabling better decision-making- Analyze data using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and SAS to develop and automate reports or analysis leading to actionable business insights- Summarize and synthesize data, present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner- Partner with the business to identify needs, define new data sets, technical testing, and launch support including training of new users- Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of digital data- Drive automation of new and existing processes- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and provide recommendations for testing new and emerging technology- Support ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projectsQualifications Required:- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data management/visualization projects, preferably related to the financial services domain- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing data visualization and presentations, preferably with Tableau and in data management- Knowledge of modern database technologies - Data warehouse & big-data (Hadoop) systems concepts- Experience with relational databases, utilizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation, and ad-hoc analyses- Ability to think beyond raw data, understand the underlying business context, and sense business opportunities hidden in data- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions- Self-starter who can provide thought leadership and drive results in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment- Good to have exposure to Python & R- Experience of managing Data upload/Sanity check at Databases will be an added advantage Role Overview:You will be joining the CCB Insights Data Visualization team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where you will be responsible for end-to-end development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau.
