As a Recruiter at Allegis Group, your main focus will be executing sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, ultimately leading to high-quality, cost-effective, and timely hiring. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to devise and enhance sourcing strategies for recruitment effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:- Identifying talent that aligns with specific client requirements.- Establishing strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.- Analyzing position requirements based on client specifications.- Using various recruitment strategies to target passive candidates.- Sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.- Leveraging the internal database to identify potential candidates and posting jobs on portals.- Contacting potential candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.- Providing exceptional candidate care and conducting effective pre-screening.- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skill, cultural fit, and motivation.- Maintaining accurate candidate interaction records.- Proactively building candidate talent pools in alignment with client needs.Qualifications for this role include:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or IT.- 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment.- Average marks percentage of more than 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and requirements.- Strong written and oral English communication skills.- Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.- Flexibility to work before/after typical office hours.- Strong work ethic, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.In terms of work schedule, this position involves night shifts with flexibility to work both shifts.
