As an expert in developing and enhancing business systems for the SAM area, your primary responsibilities will include:- License Compliance: - Verify licensing business rules, purchase entitlement, and usage to generate a compliance report using tools like Flexera and SNOW. - Identify and remediate unauthorized or unlicensed software.- Reporting: - Prepare reports for requests from end users, managers, and developers for SAM data. - Generate reports on software usage, license allocation, compliance status, and cost-saving opportunities. - Maintain data in structured formats for dashboards and executive reporting.- Software Inventory: - Maintain inventory and usage of licensed software across the enterprise.You should possess the following skills:- Flexera- ServiceNow- SNOW Software- Power BI- Excel- SpotfireQualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.- 5 years of experience managing Flexera tools or similar SAM platforms.- Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).- Experience with ITAM, SAM, CMDB, and enterprise IT environments.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.About the Company:IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
