Job Description

You are a Hands-on Frontend Architect with expertise in both React and Angular, responsible for unifying the frontend strategy across a diverse portfolio of applications. Your role involves overseeing the underlying architecture to ensure consistency, performance, and scalability, regardless of whether the team is using Reacts functional patterns or Angulars structured approach.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Framework Strategy & Integration:** - Architect a Monorepo strategy (using NX) to allow seamless sharing of logic, types, and design tokens between React and Angular applications. - Lead the strategy for modernizing legacy Angular or AngularJS apps into React, or vice versa, using Micro-frontends for side-by-side execution. - Define best practices for React and Angular, including functional components, Hooks, RxJS-based reactivity, and more.- **Shared Component Architecture:** - Develop a design system using Web Components (Stencil.js or Lit) for UI elements that can be utilized in both React and Angular apps without duplication. - Design data-fetching layers that work across stacks, utilizing TanStack Query or standardized Redux patterns.- **Hands-on Engineering:** - Write core configuration for build tools (Vite/Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines specific to Reacts build process and Angulars AOT compilation. - Perform performance auditing using Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse to address bottlenecks in Angular and re-render issues in React.**Qualifications:**- **Technical Skills:** - State Management: Mastery of Zustand, Redux Toolkit, native Context API for React; Proficiency in NGRX, NGXS, or Component Signals for Angular. - Reactivity Patterns: Expertise in Hooks for React, RxJS Observables for Angular. - Routing & Navigation: Experience with React Router, Angular Router. - Styling & UI Architecture: Styled Components, Tailwind for React; Scoped CSS, SASS, Angular Material for Angular. - Data Fetching & API Integration: Axios, React Query for React; HttpClient, Interceptors for Angular.- **Qualifications:** - Dual-Stack Expertise: 12 years of frontend experience, with at least 3 years in React and Angular. - Monorepo Mastery: Experience with managing large-scale codebases using NX, Turborepo, or Lerna. - RxJS Proficiency: Deep understanding of reactive programming. - Enterprise Patterns: Experience with Module Federation, Lazy Loading, and Tree Shaking.**About GlobalLogic:**GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a digital engineering partner to leading companies worldwide, focusing on creating innovative digital products and experiences.
