Job Description

Role Overview:You will be joining as a Junior Front-End Developer at a technology-led healthcare solutions provider based in Bangalore, India. Your primary responsibility will be to build intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for their AI-powered SAAS platform. Working closely with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers, you will contribute to delivering seamless modern web experiences integrated with AI/ML APIs and advanced data visualizations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain responsive front-end components using modern frameworks such as React (Angular/Vue also considered).- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, including AI/ML-powered features like chatbots and smart search.- Implement UI designs with precision from tools like Figma.- Build and maintain data visualizations for analytics dashboards.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable front-end code, including implementing automated tests using Jest and Cypress.- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation.- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI to enhance productivity.- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver user-centric features.Qualification Required:- 1-3 years of hands-on front-end development experience- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs- Exposure to building or integrating AI-powered UI components and data visualization libraries- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization- Experience with automated testing frameworks and Git-based workflows- Comfortable translating UI/UX mockups into code and working with design systems- Bonus skills include experience with low-code platforms, front-end deployment, and contributions to open-source projectsAdditional Details:Indegene is an Equal Employment Employer committed to Inclusion and Diversity, not discriminating based on various characteristics.
