You will be joining Wells Fargo as a Lead Software Engineer, where you will be responsible for leading complex technology initiatives with broad impact. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Developing standards and best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions- Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs- Reviewing and analyzing technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives- Making decisions to drive new initiatives and meet deliverables- Collaborating with technical experts to resolve complex issues- Leading projects, teams, or mentoring junior membersQualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in computer science with 5 years of Software Engineering experience- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Object-Oriented development, Springboot, and microservices- Minimum 2 years of development experience in UI frameworks like React and Javascript- Experience in creating/invoking integration services like Kafka- Proficiency in event-based and domain-driven design- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent analytical skills for issue troubleshooting and resolutionDesired qualifications may include experience in combined onsite/offshore models and Cloud technologies.
