Manager-Product Management (AI Model Governance and Risk Management)

Job Description

As a Manager, Product Management for AI/ML Model Governance at Capital One India, you will be joining the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment to solve fundamental business problems at scale using advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning. You will derive valuable insights about product and process design, consumer behavior, regulatory and credit risk, and more from large volumes of data to build cutting-edge patentable products.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area of responsibility.- Deeply understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and model risk officers across Capital One.- Partner with business and technology leadership to prioritize key problems to be solved.- Collaborate with teams in India and USA to drive alignment with different teams.- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.- Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in agile ceremonies.- Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments.- Serve as the connection between Customers, Capital Ones mission, and Tech Partners.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors in Engineering or Technology.- At least 8 years of professional work experience.- At least 5 years of experience in product management.- At least 3 years of experience in building Enterprise AI/ML platform products or AI/ML powered products for enterprises.Additional Details of the Company:Capital One India works towards driving innovation and research in AI and ML models.
