Job Description

    As a BD/SR.BDM (Business Development Manager/Senior Business Development Manager) managing Wealth Partners and broking in the Microfinance Institution (MFI) sector, your role involves collaborating with internal teams to address client queries and concerns effectively. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the monthly targets set by the organization. Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive sales revenue growth will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be required to identify and develop new business opportunities through strategies like cross-selling, upselling, and promoting mutual funds.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues.- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to boost sales revenue.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and mutual funds promotion.Qualifications Required:- 2-7 years of experience in broking, brokerage, insurance broking, or related fields.- Strong understanding of wealth management principles and practices.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish strong client relationships.- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team environment.In addition to the above, the ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Life insurance within the Partner domain. Responsibilities will include servicing existing partnerships, training partner employees, providing sales support to partner employees, and be aged 40 years or below.If you are the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years or more experience in a similar profile within Life insurance companies. It is essential to have a strong network and reputation among partners, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to support partners effectively. Willingness to travel is a must for this role.
