Job Description

    As a P&L owner for Delhivery Direct - Intercity Business, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer service, identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing business margins. You will be responsible for taking the business from a stage of 1-10, focusing on strategic projects, market analysis, and growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic projects to boost revenue and margin growth, including enhancing product functionality, introducing niche segment-specific services like relocation and gifting, and optimizing pricing strategies.- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to achieve a 10X growth for the business within the next 2 years.- Conduct external market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and potential partnerships that involve collaborative go-to-market strategies.Qualifications Required:- MBA from a top-tier B-school is preferred.- 10-15 years of experience in leading consumer service apps in India is essential, with a proven track record of driving growth at either an overall service level or within a significant segment.- Experience as an ex-founder who has addressed similar industry challenges for over 3 years, coupled with more than 10 years of overall experience, will be advantageous.- Strong understanding of product management, marketing, and service operations is necessary.- Demonstrated qualities of excessive energy, optimism, and grit are essential characteristics for success in this role.(Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) As a P&L owner for Delhivery Direct - Intercity Business, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer service, identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing business margins.
