Job Description

Job purpose: Integration Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various cloud implementation projects for our customers across the globe. Your client responsibilities: Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various implementation project. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis Your people responsibilities Building a quality culture Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies Foster teamwork and lead by example Training and mentoring of project resources Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives Basic Qualification:- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 9 years Eligibility: Candidate must have done at least one end to end implementation Certified in Intro to Mastery/ SF HCM Academy Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution Consultants should have the below skills & expertise: Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player. Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows Should have worked on Time-Off and EC payroll. System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint Expertise in translations and must uploaded translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
