Job Description

    As a Consultant at Sprinto, you will play a crucial role in helping customers with compliance pain points, turning challenges into actionable insights for successful renewals and expansions. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, delivering product demos, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team is essential for smooth transitions, maintaining CRM hygiene, becoming a platform expert, strategizing with CSMs for large accounts, and managing customer expectations through cross-functional engagements to ensure deliverables completion.**Key Responsibilities:**- Become a consultant to customers, translating compliance pain points into actionable insights for successful renewals and expansions- Conduct sales calls with concise deck presentations and detailed product demonstrations- Lead multi-stakeholder renewal and expansion conversations- Manage contract and commercial negotiations with customers- Work closely with the CSM team to ensure seamless transitions for new customers- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage deal pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting- Develop expertise across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape- Devise strategies with CSMs for efficient handling of large accounts and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance revenue retention and expansion rates- Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensure timely completion of deliverables**Qualifications Required:**- 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, particularly in B2B SaaS markets- Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on solid writing abilities- Ability to think creatively and balance customer experience with revenue maximization- Proficiency in simplifying complex technical matters for better understanding- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with CRM tools like Freshsales, Salesforce, or HubSpot for pipeline management- Capability to engage in technical discussions with CTOs or Heads of Engineering to grasp their requirements- Previous experience in selling to the US or international audiences is a plusSprinto, a leading platform in automating security compliance, operates with any cloud setup and aids in monitoring entity-level risks and controls from a unified dashboard.
