Job Description

    As a Consultant at Sprinto, you will play a crucial role in helping customers address compliance challenges and turn them into actionable insights for successful renewals and expansions. Your responsibilities will include spearheading sales calls, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, maintaining CRM hygiene, and strategizing with CSMs for large accounts to manage customer expectations effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- Become a consultant to customers by converting their compliance pain points into actionable insights for successful renewals and expansions.- Conduct sales calls with concise deck presentations and detailed product demonstrations.- Lead multi-stakeholder renewal and expansion conversations.- Handle contract and commercial negotiations with customers to ensure successful closures.- Work closely with the CSM team to facilitate a smooth transition for new customers.- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage the deal pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting.- Develop expertise in the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.- Collaborate with CSMs to devise efficient strategies for managing large accounts.- Engage with marketing teams to enhance revenue retention and expansion rates.- Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.**Qualifications Required:**- 2 years of Sales or Account Management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS markets.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on solid writing abilities.- Ability to think creatively to balance customer experience with revenue maximization.- Proficiency in simplifying complex technical matters for better understanding.- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Experience using CRM tools like Freshsales, Salesforce, or HubSpot to manage and track pipelines.- Capable of engaging in technical discussions with CTOs or Heads of Engineering.- Previous experience in selling to the US or foreign audiences is a plus.Sprinto is a leading platform that automates security compliance and collaborates with various cloud setups to monitor entity-level risks and controls.
