We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.Join us as a Engineer on our Professional Services team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieve As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects. You will:
    • First line of support for all IT related requests via Phone or email. Troubleshoots low-to-moderate technical problems within acceptable service levels, often with assistance from teammates
    • Communicates primarily within functional teams to provide problem resolution updates. Strives to understand and leverages technical and incident communication structure
    • Utilizes internal resources and teammates to investigate technology and comprehend procedures. Monitors and reacts to output from tools and monitoring systems and applies information to outages and process improvement projects.
    • Reviews and analyzes company-specific and industry knowledge to build knowledge base; may contribute to documentation and knowledge bases. Works on tasks that are single-threaded, may work on multiple incidents or projects simultaneously depending on complexity
    • Adheres to standards, documented procedures, and technical improvements that are already established and implemented. Properly escalates more complex instances to more senior team member
    • Collaborate with global team and drive the requirements until closure. Maintaining good client relations .

    • 3 to 5 Years of experience in VMware & Vsphere with Windows and Linux skill set
    • Excellent in Verbal and written Communication.
    • Knowledge on ITIL processes.
    • Basics of Knowledge of networking concepts (wired and wireless), protocols (TCP/IP and subnetting), VPN, and basic commands from the command prompt (ipconfig, tracert, etc.)
    • Understanding of methodologies like ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE
    • Team player with Positive attitude and problem management skills.
    • Flexible to work in shifts 24x7 .
    Desirable Requirements
    • Bachelors degree
    • Certifications in Microsoft /Vmware/ Redhat or Backup & Storage technologies or Cloud technologies or Virtualization or ITIL.
