Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role focuses on driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance improvement, and workforce planning to ensure business effectiveness and a high-performance culture.1. Strategic HR Partnership
    • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support growth and productivity.
    • Provide insights and solutions on organization design, manpower planning, and talent optimization.
    • Drive people-related strategies that align with business priorities.
    2. Talent Acquisition & Management
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.
    • Identify future talent needs and contribute to succession planning and internal mobility.
    • Lead campus and lateral hiring initiatives where required.
    3. Performance Management
    • Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring objective setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews are executed effectively.
    • Support managers in developing action plans for performance improvement and capability enhancement.
    4. Employee Engagement & Retention
    • Build a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication forums.
    • Analyze employee feedback and implement action plans to improve satisfaction and retention.
    5. Learning & Development
    • Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D to create relevant training interventions.
    • Support leadership development programs and capability-building initiatives.
    6. Policy Implementation & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal regulations, and company standards.
    • Partner with the HR Operations team to maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance.
    7. Employee Relations
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
    • Promote an inclusive and fair work culture aligned with organizational values.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Education:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Experience:Min 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
