    Job Title: HR and Operations ManagerLocation: BhubaneswarDepartment: OperationsSalary: 3LPAJob Summary:The HR and Operations Manager will oversee the integration of HR functions with operational strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with a focus on strategic implementation and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of all the departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational consistency. Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. HR Management:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.- Manage employee performance management processes and support talent development initiatives.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.- Prepare and present reports on HR and operational performance to senior management. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that all operational processes are compliant. Coordinate with regulatory bodies and manage audits to maintain compliance. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the companys goals and objectives. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development. Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with the companys strategic vision. Team Management: Lead and manage operational staff, including training, performance evaluation, and development. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth. Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns in a timely manner. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance within the operational departments. Prepare and analyze reports related to operational activities and make recommendations for improvement. Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or any field; Masters degree or prior experience is a plus. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in both sectors. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in operational and financial software systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,
