Job Description

    Job Description Assists sales team in all levels of interaction between customer and delivery team.Assists in the development of formal sales proposal, design solution and presents solution offerings at a technical and commercial level.Must be comfortable to work in different shift.Experience 5 years of experience in overseas market like UK & USA for software and services pre-sales.At least 1 years as a Team Lead supporting team of 5 to 6 sales executives.Requirements: B. Tech/M.Sc. in computer science or MCA.Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in software technical / delivery roles such as project manager, delivery manager, engagement manager, Project Lead etc.Knowledge of PHP/.Net and database architecture is essential.The candidate must demonstrate a progressive set of experiences e.g. developer, technical lead, solution architect, project manager, etc. against a software development lifecycle context.Proven experience in presales, solution selling and practice management is required.Experience in the software industry in organizations delivering software development services in a global context.Experience of working with offshore software execution teams is an added advantage.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Responsibilities To discuss and attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.Deliver training on solutions when necessary.Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work.Co-ordinate with sales and delivery team for understanding the customer requirement.Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and company.Provide accurate time and cost estimation.Industry Information Technology and Services, Computer Software, and International Trade and Development.Salary Estimate: Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- CTC.
