Job Description

  • Join our agile product team focusing on creating business value through digital products.
  • Contribute to enabling new data-driven services working with Stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions, optimize existing data pipelines, support in building the infrastructure required for optimal Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of data from a wide variety of data sources to Azure and/or on-prem infrastructure, and work closely with data analysts to provide required data structures.
Requirements:
  • Azure Cloud: Proficient in data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Key Vault, etc.)
  • Databricks: Proven experience in developing pipelines, data transformation, notebooks (Python/Scala), and Spark optimization
  • Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • CI/CD: Understanding of DevOps workflows for pipeline deployment (Azure DevOps, Git)
  • Data Modeling: Good knowledge of Data Lakehouse concepts, Delta Lake, schema management, and performance tuning
  • DataOps: Experience in data quality management, job monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Solid understanding of distributed architectures, Spark performance, and data formats (Parquet, Avro, JSON)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to interact effectively with international teams, business, and IT
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, able to co-build with Data Analysts, PO, and Data Architects
  • Autonomy & Technical Leadership: Ability to take ownership of complex topics, propose solutions, and mentor junior colleagues
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Propose optimizations, industrialization, and data quality improvements
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Unity Catalog
  • Knowledge of the industrial, automotive, or logistics sectors
  • Experience working with European teams
  • Knowledge of legacy systems, particularly ICS (Informatica ID) and associated integration processes
