Sales Administration AnalystRequisition ID: 43882Job Location(s): Osasco, BREmployment Type: Full TimeSegment: Danfoss Climate SolutionsSegment Job Function: SalesWork Location Type: On-siteDanfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administration Analyst to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company, taking full responsibility for each assigned customer account. The analyst will ensure that all customer requirements and needs are fully met while maintaining the companys vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are required, as there will be daily contact with customers and a direct influence on their satisfaction.In this position, you will report to the Sales Administration Supervisor for Argentina, Chile & Colombia. You will be responsible for the support for the Colombias customers, and your office will be in our location in Osasco, So Paulo.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Management and control of sales orders.
  • Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to the management of backorder items.
  • Customer service by telephone and email (CRM System).
  • Interaction with other departments (Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, Production).
  • Compliance with internal rules and policies.
  • Commission registration.
  • Registration of prices and discounts.
  • Forecast control for Key Accounts.
  • Support for representatives, distributors, and salesman.
  • Act in solving problems related to internal processes and customers requirements.
