Job Description

    The Sales Representative role at Novartis is crucial in driving customer interactions and sales performance. As the face of the customer experience approach, you will be responsible for building deep relationships to deliver value for customers and patients while ensuring sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop business plans and implement activities like customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve objectives.- Accountable for achieving sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timescales. Provide support to key accounts/hospital networks and market access.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialist areas, priority products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.- Achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining best-in-class customer relationships.- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team, provide input into promotional fund utilization, and territory sales forecasting.- Adhere to adverse events guidelines and Code of Conduct Guidelines. Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practices.**Role Requirements:**- 2 years of Sales experience in Healthcare/Pharma or related business, with an established network to target Customer Group being desirable.- Territory knowledge is a must.- Science educational background is required, with a degree in B.Sc or B.Pharma.- Good communication skills.**Desirable Requirements:**- Cardiovascular experience.Join Novartis in its mission to reimagine medicine and improve lives.
