Job Description

    Objective:Aura Hearing Aid is into business of providing Hearing Aid Solutions to the patients experiencing hearing loss due to various reasons in Major Metros of our country. The Business model is Setting Up Clinics with Qualified and Certified Audiologist who attends patients routed to clinic thru multiple channels, analyse the patient hearing loss stage thru the tests available at clinic and further suggesting a best fit suitable hearing aid device to the patient in line with the latest technology and affordability of patients. Currently we have five clinics in Delhi, and we see huge business potential if we are able divert hearing loss patients to our clinics thru multiple channel like Doctors & Other Health care Industry Tie-ups, High Rise & Society Camps, Community reach to name a few, hence we propose to recruit and appoint a Business Development Manager - Multi Channel in line with the following expected outcome. Role:Business Development Manager - Multi Channel. - Female / Open to Male also. Location:Delhi NCR (Cluster North/South/East/West) Qualification:Marketing with two yrs of experience OR Graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience in similar role. Industry:Preferably from Health Care Industry / Real Estate / Event Management / Telecom Enterprise Business.Channel Development:Doctors Visits for Onboarding / Enhancement in Clinic footfall.Awareness & Service Camps - Highrise / Societies in Nearby Vicinity of mapped Clinics.Creating & Enhancing Brand visibility.Other initiatives to increase clinic footfall.Exploring New Doctors in the clinic vicinity/Taking Appointments/Meeting with Doctors (GP/ENT)/Introducing Aura for referral business.Meeting with Doctors already on board who are giving referrals.Identifying Highrise / Societies in nearby vicinity of clinic location to organize camps. Meeting with respective RWAs for required permission. Coordinate with Respective clinic to organize smooth camp. Record Activity Outcome wrt Walkin count / conversion.Identifying other Health Care Setup like (Optician Counters / Chemists Shops / Doctors Clinic). Placement of Aura Branding like (small Aura placards, posters, others). Partner tie-ups with interested counters.Explore other ways to increase footfalls to the clinic mapped.Expected Outcome:Weekly 5 New Doctors Onboarding (Mix of GP/ENT).Bimonthly/Monthly for Rappo building and taking feedback of visited patients (if any).One Camp Preferably on Sat/Sun/Holiday every week.Weekly 10-15 Counters placement to enhance Aura visibility.As & when required. Propose for Approval & Execute.Review Mechanism:Every Sat for the week & Next week PJP as per funnel.Measurable outcome:Total Numbers of Walk-Ins attended the camp. Lead Generated for PTA/Trial/Device Fitment. All Camps customer to be mapped to nearby clinic for records and future service request.Track and Record referrals from association. Incentives Validation & Payout coordination for the respective counters. Relationship building on regular basis (meet & greet).Outcome to be recorded wrt additional footfall at respective clinic.
