Job Description

    Communication Specialist (B3) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES The candidate will work with the stakeholders at various levels (business leaders, HR, function heads) to understand the communication needs of the business and deliver: A detailed and comprehensive communication plan to include planned events through the quarters (AHMs, R&Rs), event based communication (fireside chats, calendar based events), leadership reach outs ( blogs/ Know your leaders etc) Design and implement communications for campaigns for a global audience Employ all the tools available to create engaging and creative communication like storytelling, newsletters, blogs etc Manage and educate stakeholders on the key aspects of communicating effectively what, how and when Assist in building and amplifying leadership visibility (blogs/ coffee chats) Additionally, the candidate would be required to: Support communication for campaigns driven at the corporate level but needing translation for the business; thereby driving our culture transformation. Use all available channels to communicate effectively Engage, Yammer and email Create content for internal consumption to include writing, designing, research for articles/stories, editing, review and approval. Track key communication efforts and measures and contribute to dashboards/reports. Coach team members and help them independently lead initiatives CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Exceptional writing skills with a knack for story telling Stakeholder management at all levels in the organization Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers and subject matter experts to achieve stronger outcomes. Strong listening skills with a proven ability to assess communication issues and then influence stakeholders to take desired actions. Creative, innovative and the ability to think beyond the traditional framework Able to balance multiple priorities and work well independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually. Experience working in a matrixed environment a plus. Strong organization and project management skills Resilient and adaptable to change, as the nature of our work and assignments evolve to meet business needs. Good knowledge of MS office. Ability to design on PowerPoint will be an added advantage. Qualifications: CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION 6-9 years of relevant communication experience. Strong writing, editing, and English grammar skills. Good knowledge of personal computers and network Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Demonstrated experience with technical skills defined for the role (internal communications). Demonstrated organizational, project management, and presentation skills. Demonstrated relationship management skills.,
