Job Description

    Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to benchmark, design, deploy employee benefits across employees life cycle- from hire to retire. Responsible for programs across areas of medical, financial, physical, and emotional well-being such that they act as an enabler for employees attraction and engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Management of India medical, accident, life and parental insurance policies Renewal/Review of Insurance to ensure Wipro offers an Insurance policy that is better as compared to those directly available in the market in terms of benefits, cost saved etc. This covers medical, accident, life and parental health insurance. Policy Changes in light of insurance review Governing the Annual Enrolment Process and Communication Design and launch of ancillary insurance plans in line with market best practice Study the available plans to decide feasibility of introduction at Wipro Design plan benefits with the insurance broker and liaise with CPO on premium negotiation Ensure system readiness for enrolment into said plans along with the BiTS team Ensure security compliance of partner portal Design and manage communication and awareness building around the plan benefits and enrolment process, among employees and HRs Periodically review plan performance, effectiveness and suggest improvements Manage OPD Medical benefits Review MAS and AHC policy design periodically to ensure benefits are in line with benefits practice and suggest enhancements accordingly Periodically analyze, report and draw insights from medical related expenses Review and benchmark annual health checkup program Design solutions to improve employee experience while ensuring the benefit is viable Review and deploy other benefits Wipro Benefits Plan (WBP) is a bouquet of tax exempted benefits which includes allowances for food, child education, LTA, Car (C1 and above), phone, wifi etc. This role works with the legal and tax team to review the benefits, undertakes market benchmarking and adopts necessary changes into the WBP. Management and timely review of Retiral Benefits, drive utilization, manage funds etc Management and review of various allowances Support rebadging and M&A by providing policy / benefit comparison, Benefits Rationalization/Harmonization Wellness Programs Benchmarking of wellness programs with peers and prevalent practices Design of wellness strategy and programs within for physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being. These programs include but may not be limited to wellness sessions, challenges and condition management programs Participating in partner selection and onboarding for program delivery Creating and ensuring timely delivery of system and application changes required to launch and run wellness programs Liaising with and governance of partners to ensure delivery of programs Ensuring effective communication internally and externally about the wellness offerings at Wipro Periodic review of the wellness program effectiveness to suggest improvements Collaborating with unit HRs, HR heads, wellness SPOCs for effective dissemination of the offerings across the organization.,
