Job Description

    *
    • Perform salary analysis that aims to review both internal and market competitiveness including new hire candidates and provide recommendation in accordance to the company s compensation philosophy
    • Develop and/or participate in compensation and benefits market surveys initiated locally and regionally
    • Review current benefits program against market data and formulation recommendation that is aligned with the companys C&B philosophy
    • Review, recommend and implement any government-mandated wage order and/or benefits in a timely manner
    • Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
    • Review current salary structure and recommends appropriate action to ensure that the salary range is market competitive
    • Implement and monitor the rewards and recognition program; Conduct review and provides recommendation as the need arises
    • Monitor the administration of Kronos timekeeping, benefits and HRIS in a timely manner and ensure data integrity, including compliance with RBA-related matters
    • Conduct C&B education to people leaders as the need arises
    • Coordinate with Corporate Global Mobility on related employee actions
    • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    • Bachelor s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related discipline. Master s Degree in Human Resources highly preferred
    • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years focus in compensation & benefits in a supervisory/leadership role
    • With strong background in compensation, benefits laws, regulations and operating guidelines
    • RBA experience a significant advantage
    • Effective in dealing with people in various levels, external consultants and providers
    • Organized, structured & attentive to details
    • With excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
    • Effective in managing workload to meet conflicting deadlines & priorities & handle multiple assignments in a demanding environment
    • Highly proficient in computer applications
