Job Description

    Minimum Job Requirements Educational Qualification: 12th Experience: 0 - 2 yrs. of Retail assistant experience Any additional requirement: Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
    • To ensure that customer needs are catered to in the Retail outlet.

    • Responsible for achieving sales target
    • Keeping track of daily expense within own area of work, to ensure cost is kept under control
    Customer Oriented
    • Assisting customer in the selection and purchase of product
    • Highlighting special promotions to customers
    • Handling customer complaint in professional and diplomatic manner, escalating to ROI when required
    People Oriented
    • Collaborating with Helpers to meet the sales target
    Internal Business Process
    • Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times
    • Keeping merchandise in an orderly and neat fashion
    • Checking the inventory listing with actual stock and sharing discrepancy with the ROI
