Job Description

    * Onsemi s Edge Connected Client Group is hiring a Member of Technical Staff -Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design. The chosen candidate will use their extensive Analog M/S design and task leadership experience to create our leading edge digital and analog voltage regulator and their power stages. A broad design background in analog design components (bandgaps, LDO s, ADC s, DACs, amplifiers, comparator, current sensing) is essential for this task. You will use your understanding of CMOS and BCD processes on geometries from 0.25 um to 40 nm to select the appropriate process node for each design. As a Member of Technical Staff you will be called upon to do both hands on design while providing technical guidance to the leadership team. Our product design teams range in size from two design engineers to more than a dozen. The ability to work both individually and part of a team is essential. The candidate must be able to interface with many different disciplines including system architects, applications, test, digital design and verification engineering teams., *Minimum QualificationsMSEE and 8-10 years (or BSEE and 10-12 years) of Analog M/S design and design task leadership experience.Experience in DC-DC regulation and regulation control topologies is essential.Experience with the latest CAD tools with preferred experience with the Cadence design tools.Experience modeling analog circuits using Verilog -A and wreal models is a plus.Experience in DC-DC regulation and control topologies is essential.
