Data teams are one of the most interdisciplinary teams ever created. Theyre made up of analysts, data scientists, engineers, business users diverse people with their own tooling preferences, skill sets, and DNA that need to come together. This leads to collaboration chaos.We were awoken with crisis calls every second day for the minutest of issues from troubleshooting why a number on a dashboard was incorrect to difficulties in getting access to the right data set! Atlan started with us building tools to make our own data team more agile.These tools made our team 6x more agile, helping us take on amazing projects like building Indias National Data Platform used by Indias Prime Minister. • Own and develop our Intelligence Engine, which is responsible for distilling high-quality intelligence from our customers (voice of customer), market, and competition
• Translate your findings into actionable force-multiplier insights that we can leverage across the company (marketing, sales, customer support, GTM, product, etc.)
• Develop and own enablement across the GTM team with the Intelligence Engine to help us become more agile
• Collaborate with leaders across teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable processes for better insights dissemination (across teams) to make Atlan the fastest learning organization in the world
• Use an intelligence-driven approach to help shape Atlans GTM growth strategy and plan of action

• You have 2-4 years of experience working in a management/strategy consultant role at B2B/enterprise startups.
• You have a founder mindset and understand what it takes to help build an organization.
• You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but instead believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
• You enjoy taking an analytical approach and going deep on hard problems. You ask why until you hit the root cause.
• You are infinitely curious about data, software markets, products, and business.
