Job Description

    Global Key Account Sales Manager for a key strategic customer. You will be responsible to develop, plan and execute a business growth strategy, focusing on APG product family (Automotive Product Group). You will own the entire sales cycle from promotion, opportunities identification, design in and design win.You will have an important role in following up key projects, mapping and expanding the footprint at customer, and strengthening relationships. You will interact with your customer, support business leaders, system architects, hardware engineers, and purchasing organization to develop STs business through added value product offerings.You will benefit from the customer ecosystem to further develop your knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses, focus on value added solutions and position ST products accordingly.You will utilize and federate internal resources to execute your strategy and drive ST divisions and applications resources as needed to support new opportunities, develop new solutions and win business. You will influence Division road maps to align and secure the long term business perspectives.You will also have a clear understanding of the customer project milestones and you will be working and contributing to the forecast exercise bringing visibility for future business as well as for the new projects., This position requires ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment, while prioritizing customer needs. Excellent organizational, discipline, fast execution and excellent communication skills are a must. Candidate will have to show resilience/tenacity as well as adaptability and flexibility. Sales skills such as negotiation, strategic approach, persuasiveness and customer/project management are required.Technical applications and products knowledge in the domain of Automotive Analog & Power from a previous Marketing or FAE experience will be determinant for this position.
