Job Description

    Managing HR SS Operations
    • Managing day to day HR operations related processes i.e. from Hire to Retire.
    • Coordinating with internal teams like Recruitment, HRBPs, Oracle team, IT, Admin, Operations etc.
    • Working on HR Data & analytics, collecting and analyzing the current data sets and helping in process improvements in HR domains.
    • Managing vendor resource onboarding and exit governance
    • Preparing announcement emails, alerts & notification.
    • Keeping HR Intranet pages up to date.
    • Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on solutions.
    • Working with business leads and various HR subfunction to drive initiatives and yearly performance development and pay round cycle.
    • Working on repetitive task s and finding ways to automate it and drive efficiency.
    • Managing functional mailbox queries as per the agreed timelines
    • Resolving day to day queries related to HR Operation.
    • Perform routine activities as per calendar regularly
    • Ensuring 100% timely deliver with zero errors.

    • Preferred - MBA/PGDM - HR/Training
    • Excellent in E-mail communication
    • Have knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Minimum 0-2 years of professional experience in administration of a large multinational corporation
    • Have excellent written and spoken English skills
    • The person should have knowledge about new joiner documentation and its storekeeping
    • Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
    • Ability to be well planned and organized
    • Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
    Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of any HR system
    • Knowledge of SAP / PeopleSoft or any other cloud based HCM solution

    • Ability to work independently
