Internal Communication Manager

Job Description

You will be joining NCR Voyix, a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries. As the Internal Communications Manager based in Chennai, your primary role will be to support local internal communications within the APAC region and contribute to global communications programs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing internal communication plans, partnering with local HR and business leaders, coordinating events and campaigns, and collaborating with global communication leads on enterprise-wide initiatives. You will also be responsible for content creation, editing, channel management, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and providing support for various internal campaigns and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute internal communication plans tailored to the APAC region- Partner with local HR, business leaders, and site teams to drive employee engagement and awareness of key initiatives- Coordinate and support local events, campaigns, and announcements- Collaborate with global communication leads on enterprise-wide initiatives- Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications content including emails, newsletters, and presentations- Help manage internal communication channels such as intranet, email newsletters, and collaboration platforms- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather content and align messaging- Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and initiativesQualifications:- 8 to 12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in a global or regional role- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams- Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms from the Microsoft suite (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindsetPlease note that offers of employment are conditional upon meeting screening criteria applicable to the job.
