NVH Engineer - CAE

Job Description

As a CAE Engineer specializing in NVH simulations, your role will involve developing accurate and high-quality CAE models. You will be responsible for performing test correlation and validation support for current and upcoming vehicle programs. Root cause analysis for TBIW and full vehicle NVH issues will be a key part of your duties. You will be expected to suggest and implement design enablers, solutions, and recommendations to enhance NVH performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support NVH development and achieve program targets is essential. Additionally, providing technical inputs during design reviews and assisting in resolving product-level NVH challenges will be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop CAE models for NVH simulations, ensuring accuracy and quality.- Perform test correlation and validation support for current and upcoming vehicle programs.- Carry out root cause analysis for TBIW and full vehicle NVH issues.- Suggest and implement design enablers, solutions, and recommendations to improve NVH performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NVH development and achieve program targets.- Provide technical inputs during design reviews and assist in resolving product-level NVH challenges.Qualifications:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the NVH CAE domain.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.In addition to your qualifications and responsibilities, you should have the following essential skills:- Strong domain knowledge in NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness).- Good understanding of vehicle architecture.- Hands-on experience in Trimmed Body & Full Vehicle NVH Development.Should you join our team, you will work with tools such as Ansa, Nastran, Meta Post, and Actran.
