Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Core Due Diligence professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive understanding of the target business, including its competitive position, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. You will take on the role of an Engagement Manager, leading the team in project execution and providing valuable insights. Your tasks will involve interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing information related to the target business, as well as generating high-quality deliverables within specified timelines. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying key issues, assessing their impact on valuation, and advising on potential solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop an understanding of the target business by analyzing its competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, etc.- Lead the team in executing client services and provide inputs to enhance the quality of deliverables- Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, and other relevant data- Produce high-quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, as per agreed timelines- Review historical financial data, projections, and other financial information- Evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, and cash flow considerations- Identify key issues affecting the deal and recommend solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Ensure compliance with risk management procedures- Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement efforts- Build and manage an effective team, serving as a mentor and coach- Work on business development activities, proposals, and cost estimatesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business)- Previous experience in due diligence or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to manage teams effectively and provide mentorship- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and methodologies- Proven track record in delivering high-quality work within deadlines(Note: The additional details of the company were not specified in the provided job description.)
