Here is a breakdown of what you can expect in this role:**Role Overview:**You will be joining Fiservs Global Issuer organization development team as a Technical Development Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and build new cloud-native applications. Your role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to define and build end-to-end solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- Demonstrate working knowledge across a broad range of application and engineering patterns- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to discuss and articulate detailed designs and code- Lead and oversee application development across the full project lifecycle- Gather functional designs and create technical specifications- Develop and manage the list of development inventory- Ensure the end product meets high-quality standards**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors Degree in College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 10 years of related IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise-level business or technical applications- Working experience with a wide range of distributed and cloud technologies, including Cloud workloads, Containerization, Linux, Java/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, Angular JS, React, and more- Experience with microservices, mobile and web app security concepts, performance tuning, automated testing techniques, and high availability engineering- Knowledge of cryptography, key management, and security solutions on both mobile and server side- Strong understanding of application development technologies, tools, and methodologies- Experience in agile/scrum and waterfall life cycle application development- Comfort in mentoring and driving teams of 20**Additional Details:**Fiserv is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to Diversity and Inclusion.
