Job Description

    The Lead Product Developer will participate in module design with a focus on production-grade, high quality, portable, maintainable, and BMC standards-compliant software; A team member who is passionate about quality and demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing the product, with excellent problem solving, debugging, analytical and communication skills. Major part of Role would require hands-on development experience to build world class products with cutting edge technologies.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
    • You will participate in all aspects of SaaS product development, from requirements analysis to product release, implement and sustaining.
    • You will work in the trenches in a team to implement large features and partner with Product Managers, UX experts, Architects, and QA to develop implementation plans with a focus on innovation, quality, sustainability, and delivering value to our clients.
    • Responsible for delivery of high-quality enterprise SaaS offerings to aggressive schedules.
    • The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, debugging, analytical skills.
    • Besides hands on development and implementation in Saas, lead and mentor other team members.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor s or higher degree in computer science or related disciplines
    • Proven track record of technical leadership in leading a team to deliver on time and on quality
    • Overall 12 years of enterprise software product design and development experience
    • Excellent communication skill is a must.
    • 10+ years of Java development experience
    • 7+ years of SaaS engineering experience
    • Core & Advanced Java (Threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures) J2EE, REST web services, Sprint framework
    • UI development experience with Angular framework
    • Experience with containerization, Kubernetes is a must.
    • Proficient in Database concepts and queries in a multi-tenant environment
    • Experience with GIT repository and JIRA tools
    • Experience with test-driven software development
    • Solid understanding of multitenant software and design principles especially in SaaS.
    • Ability to work in Agile fast-paced environment and a good team player
    • Keen to learn new technologies
    Advantages:

    • Performance optimization and tuning.
    • Experience with integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Workday applications
    • Experience Postgres performance and scalability
