Job Description

    Working as part of the Accenture Marketing + Communications team in India, this position will be responsible for the Integrated Marketing & Communication charter with a focus on developing & implementing programs that support business objectives. The role will also enable, activate, and have operational oversight of integrated programs across all internal and external communications supporting the Advanced Technology Centers in India (ATCI) priorities. This role will entail working with the business leadership team, ATCI Integrated Programs M+C lead and reporting into the India Marketing Director. Planning & implementation of an integrated approach that includes multiple marketing functions Image, Talent Brand, People Engagement, Media Relations and Social/Digital media in support of the business objectives of the Advanced Technology Centers in India Build focused Business Marketing programs - Interpret complex business strategy, technology trends, client centric innovations in technology and industry differentiators and translate them into bold, compelling, and distinctive content appropriate to the audience (internal and external) and channels (media, digital, social, keynotes, video and more) Understand business strategy, develop, and implement aligned programs that position the technology centers in India as a preferred employer To work on inspiring narratives, messages, and shape internal programs in collaboration with business and HR teams to sustain and increase engagement among employees Create unique and high-quality communications experiences for the leadership team with Accenture people, clients, and industry Identify and orchestrate external engagement opportunities, including speaking engagements, social media opportunities and digital platforms Quickly evaluate and capitalize on of the moment executive communication opportunities for the leadership team Plan and collaborate seamlessly with marketing and communications colleagues in India and around the world to shape positioning backed by compelling content Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree required, prefer in marketing & communications with added Management qualification Minimum of 15 17 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications Skills and Work Experience Ability to proactively manage and direct projects to deadline, quality, and budgetary requirements Proactive leadership ability to provide proactive counsel to senior executives in the firms on all aspects of marketing & communications Leadership style that binds people strengths both direct and indirect team members Thrive in working in a fast-paced, agile working environment shifting focus as business needs demand Passionate about technology and innovation, keep up with the latest trends and advances Ability to work well in a collaborative team with other professionals, on a global, complex scale. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Excellent business acumen and industry acumen.
