Job Description

    *
    • Leadership - A self-motivated manager who can effectively and efficiently lead engagement with Business Unit, Sales, OEM, FAE, Distribution Channel, Operations, Corporate Marketing, SEC and external customer teams.
    • Business Development Expand strategic demand creation and funnel expansion; Drive high value and profitable design wins, as well as revenue conversion for key opportunities in strategic customer applications. Drive for solutions sell across onsemi product portfolio.
    • Revenue - Continue to drive Automotive, Industrial and Telecom revenue growth in India through high value share gain while maintaining profitable sockets. Collaborate with customers in supporting change management projects initiated by Corporate.
    • Project Platforms Align ICPSD products and roadmap with customer design platforms trend. Provide market intelligence and market trend feedback to Business Units to support product portfolio renewal.
    • Communication Facilitate to enhance effective communication between Field and BU team to resolve customer enquiries and issues. Lead customer escalation requests to BU for problem solving and decision making.
    • New Products Collaborate with customers and BU from new product ideas definition, product sampling, prototype evaluation, qualification, to design in/wins.
    • Events - Support ICPSD product marketing presentation and promotion to be used during public events, customer tech days and internal events sponsored by Marcom.
    • Field Training - Provide ICPSD product training to Sales, FAE, Distribution Channel and customers for market, strategy, applications and product alignment.

    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    • 10 years of experience in Analog IC technical marketing or applications engineering position. Experience in at least one of the three segments in Automotive, Industrial or Telecom applications.
    • Strong technical background in semiconductor, electronics and applications; with exposure to business marketing or business development roles.
    • A track record of demonstrated past accomplishments in achieving major project design wins and revenue growth at reputable accounts.
    • Mandatory to have good written and oral communication skills in English. Collaborate with BU teams located worldwide.
    • A highly motivated, committed and goal driven individual who can work independently.
