Job Description

    As an Early Years Facilitator at KLAY Centre for Child Development and Care, your main role is to create a fun and enriching learning environment that caters to the cognitive, physical, personal, social, and emotional developmental needs of the children under your care. You will also be expected to be a team player, serving as a role model for your team of teachers and staff by embodying the KLAY values and code of conduct in all interactions with children, parents, vendors, and during any center-related activities.Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging learning sessions to children based on approved lesson plans, ensuring that classes are both educational and enjoyable by incorporating creative and innovative activities. It will be essential to plan lessons and activities in advance, maintain detailed reports and records for each child, and effectively utilize available resources while minimizing waste.Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the centers appeal through age-appropriate displays, learning resources, and exciting activities. You must be well-versed in school policies and ensure their adherence at all times. Regular communication with parents, conducting observations and assessments of children, and participating in the planning and execution of events, trips, and celebrations are also part of your role.Ensuring the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the children is paramount, along with guiding assistant teachers and support staff, providing feedback as needed, and promptly reporting any concerns to the center head. Interacting with parents to discuss their childs progress and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment are crucial aspects of this position.To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of education, which could include PUC plus any graduation or a 3-year diploma, or PUC plus NTT/MTT/Early childhood development courses. The standard work timings for this position are 9 hours or 7 hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays being a half-day working schedule.,
