Job Description

    * Job Summary: onsemi is looking to add a Product Marketing Engineer to the Industrial Products team focusing on Industry 4.0 market segments and specifically Industrial Ethernet . As the Product Marketing Engineer you will:
    • Develop new business cases focusing on attractive ROIs and justifying new investments
    • Manage marketing and customer accounts for Industrial Ethernet products
    • Organize, coordinate, prepare and present technical product marketing collateral for customers
    • Provide pricing and delivery conditions to customers
    • Coordinate with corporate marketing and communications teams for product launches and promotion
    • Develop and maintain close relationships with strategic customers
    • Support the Sales organization to win new business
    Performance Objectives: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
    • Collaboratively drive cross-functional teams to generate accurate cost and ROI models
    • Ensure strategic alignment of product roadmaps and market strategies
    • Perform marketing activities for active and potential customer accounts
    • Support product concept phase as the key market data owner
    • Make a positive impact to onsemi s Industrial Products business
    Requirements:
    • BSEE or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry in product development, product marketing or application engineering related tasks with a strong emphasis on roadmap execution, winning projects and driving revenue
    • At least 3 years of technical marketing experience or equivalent
    • Knowledge of semiconductor business model
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills: presentation, writing and listening
    • Strong team player with desire to learn, grow and make an impact
    Preferred:
    • 3 years of technical marketing experience within semiconductor industry
    • Experience with Industrial Ethernet and Single-Pair Ethernet
    • Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
