You work hand in hand with the customer to answer their questions on gift cards and troubleshoot technical queries. You offer a one stop shop to answer all gift card related technical questions.About the team:The Gift Support team is responsible for troubleshooting Gift related issues as well as speaking as the expert to all things related to the Gift Card product. This team works directly with FIS s merchants and partners to resolve their inquiries timely and efficiently.What you will be doing:You are the direct point of contact for the customer to ensure their technical questions are answered promptly.Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as inability to process gift cards, help with reporting or reporting issues or billing issues.Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.What you will need: Aptitude to learn and apply payment product knowledgeStrong analytical, organizational and time management skillsThe ability to work independentlyEffectively communicate both written and verbally in a clear, concise mannerKnowledge of FIS products a plusWhat we offer you:At FIS, you can learn, grow, and make an impact in your career.
