Job Description

    1. Experience in a wide verity of analytical techniques like HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, GC, UV, IC etc. in the area of small molecules, nucleosides/Nucleotides, Oligonucleotides
    2. Perform analysis of Drug substances and its intermediate purity, Assay and residual solvents
    3. Strong understanding of method development by HPLC, GC and IC. Establish novel analytical methods for the characterization of small molecules and large molecules.
    4. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment
    5. Perform In-process analysis and closely monitoring of the any formation of undesired impurities
    6. Coordinate with PRD for sample plan and sharing the Analytical findings.
    7. Execute the Chromatographic analysis as per the Analytical methods and standard operating procedure.
    8. Review chromatographic data ensuring it meets established criteria and release the results
    9. Understanding of GLP and GMP requirements and their application in phase appropriate manner
    10. Responsible for analytical technology transfer to Quality control
    11. Protocol preparation and review for stability, reference standard qualification, finished product specification.
