Job Description

    Install, configure and maintain Genesys PureEngage on-premise IVR components to meet the functional objectives of the business. Research, evaluate, and implement new advanced Genesys IVR functionality and CTI data to call centers. Seeks new technologies that would be applicable to the Fiserv environment. Leads coordination efforts with both technical and non-technical peer groups on a daily basis. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers possessing a wide range of technical knowledge. Performs additional job duties as required. Participates in on-call rotation 24 x 7 support.Genesys PureEngage and PureConnect on-premise IRV Installation, Configuration, Management, and Troubleshooting of Genesys IVR components: SIP Server, MCP, MRCP, Resource Manager, Media Server, and other supporting systems.Proficiency using Genesys Administrator (GA) and GAXProficiency with Windows server 2013 & 2016.
